Conceptualization and Design
A great product starts with a great idea, but there is a lot of work to be done before it can be moved into manufacturing. When we approach a design, we take into consideration all the aspects of the production process. To put it simply, we don’t just design a product, we design how to make the product. The final result of this stage is an aesthetically pleasing concept that we can manufacture cost-effectively on site.
Using the latest parametric CAD modelling and graphic design software, we work efficiently and precisely. Working in a modern digital environment allows us to explore multiple variations and iterations of a project, as well as foresee complications that may arise from a particular design before we begin manufacturing.

Once the design is finalized we begin the manufacturing process. The various components of the product are precision machined on our CNC equipment, then assembled by our dedicated staff. Since our manufacturing facilities and design departments are housed in the same building, design and manufacturing becomes a fluid process. Alternative methods or troubleshooting solutions can be worked out immediately so that production never slows down.

Printing & Vinyl Cutting
Our large format printing equipment gives us the ability to produce high quality digital graphics on a variety of materials. Many of our solid materials can be contour cut to custom shapes, and our vinyl cutting equipment allows us to accurately contour cut printed graphics, block colour vinyl, and specialty vinyl projects.
